Why wasn't the Shri Sai Satcharitra originally completed with the promised summary by its author, Hemadpant?

According to Chapter 53 of the Shri Sai Satcharitra, the original author, Hemadpant, had made a promise in the previous chapter to write a summary to complete the book. However, this did not happen because, as the text explains, "Hemad suddenly passed away, leaving everyone’s heart grieved." This unexpected event is presented as an exception to the general rule that an author finishes their own book, highlighting that "Baba’s will is more powerful." The chapter clarifies that after his passing, his son, Shri Gajanan, researched his father's vast records and provided the necessary materials to the person who would ultimately finish the work.
