Why was the summary of the Shri Sai Satcharitra not included as originally planned, and what efforts were made to create it?

As detailed in Chapter 53, the promised summary was not included because the author, Hemadpant, passed away suddenly before he could write it. His son, Gajanan, found that the summary was not among his father's extensive records, which were written on scraps of paper.
