Why was the Ram Navami festival at Kavthe canceled, and how did that lead to Balabuva Satarkar meeting Dixit?

The Ram Navami festival at Siddha-Kavthe was canceled due to a public health crisis. Chapter 6 explains that the village of Kavthe was struck by the plague, referred to as 'Margi', which caused the village to become empty. Consequently, the organizers sent letters to Balabuva Satarkar informing him that the festival was off and he should come the following year. This cancellation of his annual service and the loss of his fee, as mentioned in Chapter 6, directly created the opportunity for him to pursue his desire to visit Shirdi. It was because he was suddenly free from his prior commitment that he was able to travel and meet with the devotee Dixit, setting in motion the events that led to his performance before Sai Baba.
