Why was Sapatnekar so distressed and what did he believe was the reason for Sai Baba's harsh treatment of him?

๐Ÿ“– Chapter 48

Sapatnekar was deeply distressed because every time he went for Sai Baba's darshan and bowed, Baba would rebuke him with the words "Chal Hat" (Go away). This was particularly painful for him as he observed Baba treating everyone else with extreme love. As detailed in Shri Sai Satcharitra Chapter 48, he began to despair, wondering what past deeds or sins could have caused Baba to be so angry specifically with him. He speculated that his karma might have reached a peak or that his initial argumentative and doubtful attitude towards Baba was the cause of this displeasure. This constant rejection made him feel as though his life was devoid of the joy others experienced in Baba's presence.
