Why was Sai Baba upset with Bhagwantrao Kshirsagar about his father's memory and worship?

📖 Chapter 4

According to the narrative in Chapter 4, Sai Baba was concerned about Bhagwantrao Kshirsagar because Bhagwantrao had neglected the spiritual duties established by his late father, who was a friend of Baba's and a great devotee of Vitthal. After his father passed away, Bhagwantrao stopped the household worship and food offerings (Naivedya) to their Vitthal idol and even skipped the Shraddha, or death anniversary rites. When Bhagwantrao came to Shirdi, Baba revealed that He had drawn him there specifically to address this. Baba stated, "He never offers food (Naivedya); he keeps me hungry too. He keeps Vitthal hungry too," indicating that this neglect affected the divine beings and that he intended to remind Bhagwantrao and guide him back to his devotional duties.
