Why was Pundalikrao so upset about a coconut, and how did Sai Baba console him?

📖 Chapter 51

Pundalikrao was deeply distressed because a special coconut, given by a Swami and intended for Baba, broke before he could offer it. He considered himself an offender for this mishap. As recounted in Chapter 51, Sai Baba consoled him by explaining that the entire event was a manifestation of Baba's own resolve. Baba clarified that both the giving of the coconut and its breaking were orchestrated by His will. He taught Pundalikrao to abandon the egoistic idea of being the 'doer', which is the root of such troubles, assuring him that this would bring his mind peace. This explanation helped Pundalikrao's distress slowly melt away.
