Why was Boss Dharamsee so reluctant to eat the grapes that Baba offered him?

📖 Chapter 35

Boss Dharamsee's reluctance stemmed from several personal and practical concerns as described in Chapter 35. Firstly, he had a strong personal preference for seedless grapes and disliked the variety being offered. Secondly, and more significantly, his doctor had specifically forbidden him from eating grapes without washing them first. He found himself in a difficult position, feeling it was inappropriate to reject a saint's offering but also struggling with his own aversion and the doctor's orders. This internal conflict caused him to question why Baba would force something upon him that he did not like.
