Why is Bapusaheb Buti considered to have 'great luck' in relation to the Samadhi Mandir?

📖 Chapter 39

Bapusaheb Buti is considered to have 'great luck' because the personal mansion he financed and built became the final resting place for Sai Baba's holy body. As described in Chapter 39, Buti was initially distraught, thinking his expensive project would be wasted when Baba fell ill. However, Baba’s last words, 'Place me in the mansion,' transformed Buti's personal property into the sacred Samadhi Mandir. The text explicitly celebrates this outcome, stating, 'Blessed is the luck of Buti, in whose own house the body of Shri Sai rests.' His fortune was in having his home become a permanent, holy shrine for his Guru.
