Why is Bapusaheb Buti considered to have been blessed with 'great fortune' regarding the mansion he built?

📖 Chapter 39

Bapusaheb Buti is considered blessed with great fortune because the mansion he constructed became the final resting place for Sai Baba's physical body. As chronicled in chapter 39, Buti was initially filled with anxiety that his expensive project would be useless after Baba's passing. However, by what the text calls a "stroke of fate and by Sai’s command," the mansion's destiny was realized. Baba’s final instruction, "Place me in the mansion," turned Buti's source of worry into a site of immense holiness. The text states, "Blessed is the luck of Buti, in whose own house The body of Shri Sai rests," signifying that his connection to Sai was immortalized through this sacred structure.
