Chapter 50 clarifies this philosophy, stating that readers should not desire worldly attainments or even the four types of liberation, but instead pray for 'steady devotion to Sai.' The text suggests that true 'completeness' is found not in a list of names, but in achieving a 'natural state' (Sahaj-sthiti) of non-duality where the reader, the reading, and the subject (Sai) become one. Hemadpant presents himself as merely a 'nominal cause,' reinforcing that the entire work is inspired by Sai for the 'true welfare of the devotees,' which is achieved through this focused devotion.
