Why does the author of the Satcharitra say that Shirdi is fortunate in Chapter 26?

📖 Chapter 26

In Chapter 26 of the Sai Satcharitra, the author expresses that the village of Shirdi is incredibly fortunate because Sai Baba chose to arrive and reside there. The text states, "It was the fortune of Shirdi that You arrived there; then You resided there and made that place a holy pilgrimage site (Kshetra)." The author considers it the great merit, or 'punya,' of Shirdi that the merciful Sai graced the location with His presence. By residing there, Baba is described as having made the place fortunate and adorned it, transforming it into a sacred destination for all devotees.
