Why does Sai Baba advise against argumentation and dualistic thinking?

📖 Chapter 2

Sai Baba strongly advises against a mindset of argumentation, refuting others, and engaging in dualistic explanations. In Chapter 2, he explains that such a mind is filled with an abundance of ignorance and Maya, leading to bad thoughts and false logic. He considers this a "useless effort" because it lacks the purity of self-interest required for spiritual growth. A person prone to such thinking is deemed unfit for self-knowledge and is instead devoured by ignorance, finding no happiness in this world or the next, only perpetual unhappiness.
