Why does Chapter 49 say it's so difficult to describe the Sadguru's greatness?

📖 Chapter 49

Chapter 49 of the Sai Satcharitra emphasizes the immense difficulty in describing the Sadguru's true nature. The author notes that even the Vedas and Puranas "grew weary of praising the Sadguru in all His aspects." He explains that the Sadguru's greatness is beyond the reach of human language, mentioning that even the transcendental stages of speech—Para, Pashyanti, and Madhyama—cannot grasp it, let alone the spoken word (Vaikhari). The author states that the Sadguru's Leela is "inexpressible" and His art is "inconceivable." Therefore, as per the text, complete comprehension is impossible through mere words, and the only way to approach this understanding is through the Sadguru's own grace and by surrendering at His feet.
