Why did the author of the Shri Sai Satcharitra decide to write the book? Did he feel qualified?

According to Chapter 25, the author felt a strong desire to write the Shri Sai Charitra but initially felt completely unqualified for the task. He describes himself as a 'poor soul' who lacked the necessary authority, knowledge, or erudition. However, he states that Sai Baba Himself inspired him and gave him the command to 'Keep the records.' At that moment, the author's intellect was endowed with courage and special knowledge, enabling him to undertake the writing. The ultimate purpose was to awaken Sai's own devotees, and the author viewed the resulting book not as his own work, but as the grace and 'Prasad' from the Saint's feet.
