Why did Sapatnekar feel so singled out and rejected by Sai Baba, and what did he decide to do about it?

📖 Chapter 48

Sapatnekar felt extreme distress because every time he went for Sai Baba's darshan and bowed, Baba would rebuke him with the words "Chal Hat," meaning "Go away." As noted in Chapter 48 of the Shri Sai Satcharitra, he lamented that while others experienced a "daily Diwali of joy" with Baba, only he received this treatment. He wondered if it was due to his past karma, sins, or his initial argumentative and doubtful attitude towards Baba. Despite his pain and sleeplessness, he made a firm personal determination to stay right there in Shirdi with a steady mind until he finally received Baba's grace.
