Why did Bapusaheb Buti become so worried about the Buti Wada when Baba fell ill?

Bapusaheb Buti became filled with anxiety and regret when Sai Baba fell seriously ill because he feared the entire purpose of his grand project would be lost. According to Chapter 39, Buti was deeply troubled, wondering what would become of the mansion and if Baba's feet would ever touch the temple. He lamented the lakhs of rupees spent, viewing it as a potential waste if Baba was not there to sanctify it. He felt that without Baba, "What is the use of Murlidhar or the house? What is the use of the mansion or the temple?" His distress stemmed from the belief that the building's value was entirely dependent on Baba's presence and blessing.
