Why did Balasaheb Deo reject Jog's suggestion for getting Baba's approval to read the Dnyaneshwari?

📖 Chapter 41

When Balasaheb Deo explained his vow to wait for Sai Baba's direct command to read the Dnyaneshwari, Jog suggested a 'trick.' Jog proposed that Deo bring the book and place it in Baba's hands, and then take it as a sign of permission when Baba returned it. However, Deo refused this idea. Chapter 41 recounts Deo's response: "I don't need any tricks; Baba knows my inner heart. Why won't He fulfill my wish? He will say 'Read' clearly." Deo's refusal stemmed from his deep faith that Sai Baba was fully aware of his innermost desires and that a direct, unambiguous command would be given in due time without any need for such indirect methods.
