Why did Balasaheb Deo decide to wait for a direct order from Sai Baba before resuming his reading of the Dnyaneshwari?

Balasaheb Deo made a firm resolution to wait for a direct command from Sai Baba due to his repeated failures and the distress he felt from being unable to read the Dnyaneshwari consistently. As described in Chapter 41, despite a strong desire, he found that some obstacle would always arise and his resolution would not hold. Feeling that his own efforts were insufficient, he decided to surrender the issue entirely to his Guru. Chapter 41 states his resolve: "Only when Sai Himself gives love And says 'Read,' then will I start without any confusion." This was an act of faith, placing the responsibility at Sai’s feet and deciding to only proceed when he received a clear spiritual sanction.
