Why did Balasaheb Deo decide he would only read the Dnyaneshwari if Sai Baba told him to?

Balasaheb Deo made a firm resolution to only read the Dnyaneshwari upon a direct order from Sai Baba due to his repeated and frustrating failures to read it on his own. According to Chapter 41, despite a strong desire, every attempt was met with some obstacle, and even a minimal goal of five verses a day was not successful.
