Why did Amir Shakkar leave the Chavadi, and what happened right after he went to Kopergaon?

📖 Chapter 22

After staying in the Chavadi for nine months as ordained, Amir Shakkar grew tired of the confinement. Chapter 22 explains that his mind began to desire freedom and disliked the dependency of his situation, which felt like a prison. Thinking, "Enough of this prison!", he decided to leave without seeking Sai Baba's permission. He abandoned his designated place and went to a Dharmashala in Kopergaon. Immediately upon his arrival, a significant event occurred. He found a Fakir on the verge of death, afflicted by thirst. Amir felt pity and gave the man a mouthful of water, but the moment the Fakir drank it, his body became lifeless.
