Why did Amir Shakkar eventually leave the Chavadi if it gave him such easy access to Sai Baba?

📖 Chapter 22

Even though he had the great fortune of Sai Baba's constant company, Amir Shakkar eventually grew weary of his confinement. Chapter 22 recounts that after nine months, the stay began to feel like a prison to him. The human mind naturally desires freedom and dislikes dependency, and these feelings began to surface in Amir. A thought, "Enough of this prison!", arose in his mind. Overcome by this desire for freedom and tired of staying in one place, he decided to leave without seeking Baba's permission and went to a Dharmashala in Kopergaon.
