Why are the biographical collections by Mahipati Maharaj and Dasganu Maharaj considered unsuitable for a detailed 'Saptah' dedicated to a single saint?

The works of poets Shri Mahipati Maharaj and Shri Dasganu Maharaj, such as Shri Bhaktalilamrut, are considered unsuitable for a 'Parayan' or 'Saptah' focused on a single saint because the individual biographies they contain are not comprehensive. As explained in Chapter 0, the accounts of any given saint within these larger collections are often very brief, sometimes spanning only two or three pages. Therefore, if a devotee wishes to perform a detailed, week-long study specifically of one saint's life, these works would be inadequate for that purpose due to their lack of depth on any single figure.
