Why are Shri Sai Satcharita and the Guru Charitra considered unique among Guru biographies in Maharashtra?

The texts from Chapter 0 explain that while many devotees have written prose and poetic biographies of their Gurus, very few in Maharashtra are detailed, comprehensive, and poetic enough for dedicated Parayans and Saptahs. The Brihat Guru Charitra by Shri Saraswati Gangadhar and Shri Sai Satcharita by Annasaheb Dabholkar are highlighted as the two major exceptions. As noted in Chapter 0, these works are uniquely famous and suitable for deep study because of their detailed and graceful nature. The text explicitly states that besides these two, no third work written in such detail is found, setting them apart from other biographical efforts.
