Why are poetic biographies considered more suitable for spiritual practices like Parayan and Saptah?

According to the Preface (Chapter 0), detailed poetic biographies are most suitable for spiritual study, recitation, Parayan (repeated readings), and Saptah (weekly recitations). The text explains that prose is generally difficult to memorize. Poetry, on the other hand, is memorized quickly and easily, remains in the memory, and can be recalled when needed.
