Who were the listeners that Baba directed to the scriptural readings, and what was their experience?

📖 Chapter 18

The listeners were the many devotees who came to meet Sai Baba at the Masjid. Chapter 18 explains that Baba, out of a desire for their welfare, would often send them to Sathe’s Wada to listen to the daily readings conducted by Sakharam Hari Jog. A remarkable experience for these listeners was the profound confirmation they received. Baba would sometimes tell a short story, and upon sending the devotee to the reading, the listener would discover that the exact same story was being read from the Jnaneshwari or Eknath's Bhagawat. This created a sense of wonder, making it seem as if the sacred texts were a direct translation of Baba's own words.
