Who were the key contributors to the Ram Navami fair's flag procession, and what were their backgrounds?

During the Ram Navami fair, a grand procession would bring two large ceremonial flags to the Masjid. Chapter 0 identifies the two contributors of these flags. One flag was provided by Damu Shet Kasar of Ahmednagar. The other flag came from Shankarrao Raghunath Deshpande, who was also known as Nanasaheb Nimonkar.
