Who were Sai Baba's first three devotees in Shirdi, and how did they serve him and other holy visitors?

As described in Chapter 0, Sai Baba's first three devotees in Shirdi were Mhalasapati, Kashiram Shimpi, and Appa Jagle. Mhalasapati, a goldsmith, was the one who first addressed him as 'Sai Baba'. Together, these three men had a practice of serving and looking after any saints, Gosavis, Bairagis, and Fakirs who came to the village, providing hospitality according to their means. All three became completely devoted to Maharaj. Kashiram, in particular, served him with his body, mind, and wealth, even providing for his chillum, tobacco, and the firewood for his Dhuni.
