Who was the person whose neglect of his father's death anniversary rites was pointed out by Sai Baba?

The person who neglected his father's Shraddha, or death anniversary rites, was Bhagwantrao Kshirsagar. Chapter 4 explains that Bhagwantrao's father had been a great devotee of Vitthal and a friend of Sai Baba. After his father's death, Bhagwantrao let the family's worship practices lapse. When he came to Shirdi, Baba directly addressed this neglect, stating that Bhagwantrao had not only stopped offering food (Naivedya) to the family's Vitthal idol but had also skipped the Shraddha. Baba said He brought him to Shirdi to remind him of these duties and put him back on the path of worship.
