Who was the lady Baba called 'Aai' and what was her service like?

📖 Chapter 24

The lady Sai Baba called 'Aai' (Mother) was a devoted follower named Venubai Kaujalgi, though everyone else called her Mavshibai. As described in Chapter 24, she was a widow of mature age with "incomparable devotion" to Sai Baba. Her method of service was particularly intense and physical. The text states that while pressing Baba's stomach and side, she would twist with both hands and "grind" his stomach, churning it like a pot of buttermilk. Although this extraordinary method made Damu Anna feel pity, it was an expression of her pure, guileless love. Baba, for his part, seemed completely at ease and never complained, accepting her excellent service.
