Who was the devotee that built the Wada which ultimately became Baba's final resting place?

The grand mansion, or Wada, that became Sai Baba's final resting place was built by a wealthy and very devout follower named Butti. As referenced in Chapter 43, he constructed this comfortable building which was destined to become a memorial. While there was significant debate among the disciples and villagers about where Baba's body should be kept, the decision was made to use the Wada. This was confirmed when Patil Ramachandra, a village official, firmly stated that it was Baba's own expressed wish to have his body stay in the Wada.
