Who was Tatyasaheb Noolkar and what was his significance?

Tatyasaheb Noolkar, whose full name was Ra. Laxman Krishnaji, was a significant figure in the early days of Shirdi. As mentioned in Chapter 0, he was the Munsif of Pandharpur and came to Shirdi on leave due to illness. His deep intention was to leave his job and spend the rest of his life at Maharaj's feet, a wish that was ultimately fulfilled. His primary significance lies in the fact that he was the first person to be granted the honor of performing Aarti for Maharaj, at a time when Maharaj had not previously allowed this form of worship.
