Who was responsible for sweeping Baba's paths, and what does this say about their devotion?

📖 Chapter 35

According to Chapter 35, the daily task of sweeping the paths where Sai Baba walked in the village and to Lendi was initially performed by a great devotee named Balaji Patil Nevasakar, who "wore out his body for Baba, performing extraordinary service." After him, this service was continued by Radhakrishnabai. It is noted that although she was a Brahmin and "worthy of worship by all," she personally took a broom each morning and cleaned the paths. This act shows that she did not consider any service for Baba to be menial, reflecting her profound humility and selfless devotion. Later, a devotee named Abdul also took up this task.
