Who was primarily responsible for conducting the daily scriptural readings in Shirdi, and what was the procedure involved?

📖 Chapter 18

The primary responsibility for conducting the daily readings in Sathe’s Wada was given to Bapusaheb Jog, also known as Sakharam Hari Jog. As described in Chapter 18, this was a specific assignment from Sai Baba for the benefit of all devotees. Jog's daily routine was quite disciplined. After his afternoon meal, he would first go to Baba in the Masjid, bow at His feet, take Udi, and formally ask for permission to begin the reading. With Baba's blessing, he would then proceed to the Wada to start the Parayana (reading) of either the Jnaneshwari or the Nath Bhagawat, often providing explanations of the meaning to the listeners who gathered there.
