Who was Narayan Motiram Jaani, and what was his story with Sai Baba?

Narayan Motiram Jaani, as described in Chapter 33, was a householder devotee of Sai Baba from the Audichya Brahmin clan. He initially worked as a servant for another devotee, Ramchandra Vaman Modak. His life took a significant turn when he went for Baba's darshan. Sai Baba advised him to end his servitude and start an independent business.
