Who was Nanasaheb Dengle and what was his connection to Sai Baba's famous sleeping plank?

Nanasaheb Dengle was a devotee of Maharaj from Jali-Nimgaon. His faith in Sai Baba grew immensely after he was blessed with a son following a visit for darshan. According to Chapter 0, Nanasaheb observed the dilapidated condition of the Masjid where Maharaj slept. Out of concern, he brought a thick wooden plank, intending for Baba to sleep on it instead of the bare, dusty ground. This act of devotion provided the very plank that Maharaj would then famously use in his unique sleeping arrangement, hanging it from the rafters.
