Who was Kondaji Sutara and what role did he play in the Ram Navami festival?

His role was to provide the official starting point for the flag procession. The text specifies that the procession, which featured the large flags from the Nimonkars and Damu Anna, would commence from the house of Kondaji Sutara. From his residence, the flags were then carried through the village, accompanied by musical instruments, on their way to the Masjid.
