Who was Kashiram and what were some of the ways he served Maharaj?

Kashiram was a devoted follower of Maharaj who served him with his body, mind, and wealth. According to Chapter 0, his service included practical provisions as well as personal offerings. He took a vow to provide Maharaj with chillum, tobacco, and firewood for the Dhuni. He also stitched a green kafni and cap for Maharaj. Furthermore, he demonstrated his financial devotion by placing his entire money bag before Maharaj, requesting him to take as much as he wished, and was very keen on giving Dakshina daily.
