Who was Kashiram and what was his relationship with Maharaj?

Kashiram was one of Maharaj's total devotees, alongside Appa and Mhalasapati. As detailed in Chapter 0, his service to Maharaj was extensive and performed with body, mind, and wealth. He once stitched and gifted Maharaj a green kafni and cap, and also took a vow to provide chillum, tobacco, and firewood for the Dhuni. He was so devoted that he would place his entire money bag before Maharaj, requesting him to take what he wished. This devotion was later tested by Maharaj to help Kashiram's spiritual progress.
