Who was Kashiram and what specific offerings did he make to Maharaj?

Kashiram was one of Maharaj's total devotees in Shirdi, alongside Appa and Mhalasapati. The texts in Chapter 0 describe how he served Maharaj excellently with his 'body, mind, and wealth.' Specifically, Kashiram stitched and gifted Maharaj a green kafni and a green cap, although Maharaj usually wore white. Furthermore, Kashiram took a vow to provide Maharaj with chillum and tobacco, firewood for his Dhuni, and money whenever needed. He was so devoted that he would place his entire money bag before Maharaj, requesting him to take whatever he wished.
