Who was Dada Kelkar, and what was the unusual test Sai Baba put him through?

Dada Kelkar, whose full name was Ganesh Damodar Kelkar, was an elderly and highly respected devotee of Sai Baba. Chapter 38 describes him as a Brahmin who was perfect in his conduct, devoted to Vedic duties, and had boundless love for Sai. The unusual test or order came on Ekadashi, a traditional fasting day. Baba asked Dada Kelkar to personally go to a place called Korhala and fetch some meat for him. Baba even provided the money for the purchase.
