Who made a firm resolve to only read the Dnyaneshwari after receiving a direct command from Sai?

This firm resolve was made by Balasaheb Deo. After becoming distressed by his repeated failures to maintain a daily reading of the Dnyaneshwari, he decided to completely surrender the effort to his Guru. As described in Chapter 41, he made a rule for himself, stating, "Only when Sai Himself gives love And says 'Read,' then will I start without any confusion." He then committed to this vow with faith, deciding to wait for a clear order from Sai Baba before attempting to read the sacred text again.
