Who is Hemadpant, and why is the story of his name being told in the book?

As explained in Chapter 2, Hemadpant is the devotee who composed the "Sai Leela" book, as his name appears at the end of every chapter. The author explains that he is telling the story of how he received this name to satisfy the natural curiosity of his listeners and readers. He had promised in the previous chapter to share this sub-story, which he believes is also an inspiration from Sai. Before revealing the story of the naming ceremony itself, he describes his own initial character as being mischievous, talkative, cynical, and critical, possessing a logic-driven mind and being proud of his own wisdom.
