Who felt personally empowered by Sai to write the holy stories of the Sai Satcharitra?

In the introductory verses of Chapter 25, the author of the Shri Sai Satcharitra reflects on his own role in creating the book. He humbly states that his "meager intellect became endowed with courage and special knowledge" to undertake the task.
