Who did Baba send with a message for Shama, and what was the message?

Chapter 18 recounts that Sai Baba sent an unnamed gentleman to Madhavrao, who is also known as Shama, with a specific message. The message was a request from Baba to collect fifteen rupees as Dakshina from Shama. Baba also gave the messenger a peculiar instruction to sit and talk with Shama for a while before returning. Upon hearing the request for money, Madhavrao was extremely surprised and responded by saying to offer his 'namaskar' to Baba instead of the rupees, which the narrator notes was a receipt of fifteen namaskars.
