Who acted as the intermediary who relayed messages between B.V. Dev and Sai Baba?

Bapusaheb Jog acted as the intermediary between B.V. Dev and Sai Baba. After the Udyapan ceremony, Dev wrote a letter to Jog expressing his disappointment that Baba had seemingly failed to keep his word. Chapter 40 describes how Jog then communicated the entire account at Sai's feet in Shirdi. Baba then explained the truth of his disguised attendance to Jog, who in turn wrote a detailed letter back to Dev, clearing up the misunderstanding.
