Which devotee collected stones to rebuild the Masjid, and what did Sai Baba have him do with them instead?

Gopalrao Gund was the devotee who wanted to rebuild the dilapidated Masjid and had collected many stones for the project. However, as the introduction in Chapter 0 explains, Maharaj did not grant him permission for this task. Instead, through Maharaj's command, the stones gathered by Gopalrao were repurposed.
