When did Kakasaheb Dixit first meet Sai Baba, and what was his perspective on the physical lameness he had?

Kakasaheb Dixit had his first holy darshan of Sai Baba on the second of November in the year 1909. While his meeting with Baba was prompted by Chandorkar's suggestion that his lameness could be cured, Dixit held a different perspective. As detailed in chapter 4, Dixit did not consider his physical lameness a significant deficiency. He believed that the real ailment was the 'lameness of the mind.' He viewed the physical body as a temporary collection of skin, blood, meat, and bones, and therefore, he asked Sai to remove the mental and spiritual lameness rather than the physical one.
