What were the specific rituals Sai Baba performed inside the Masjid right before leaving for the Chavadi?

Before setting out for the Chavadi, Sai Baba followed a specific routine. According to Chapter 37, after Tatya Patil arrived and helped Him up, a golden-bordered shawl would be placed over Baba. He would then go to a spot where a bundle of firewood was kept and move His right big toe there for a moment. Immediately after, Baba would personally wave His right hand over the burning flame that was there, extinguishing it himself. Only after performing this act would He set out for the Chavadi procession.
