What were the different ways that the devotee Kashiram served Maharaj in Shirdi?

Kashiram was a total devotee who served Maharaj with his body, mind, and wealth in several ways. The introduction in Chapter 0 notes that he took a vow to provide Maharaj with chillum and tobacco, firewood for his Dhuni, and money whenever needed. He would offer his entire money bag, though Maharaj would only take a small amount at first. In a gesture of personal devotion, Kashiram also stitched and gifted Maharaj a green kafni and a green cap, even though Maharaj usually wore white.
