What were the details of the Ram Navami flag procession mentioned in the story of Damu Anna?

📖 Chapter 25

Chapter 25 describes a tradition in Shirdi where two large new flags are taken out in a procession during the annual Ram Navami festival. One of these flags was provided by the Nimonkars, and the second was provided by Damu Anna as part of a regular vow he maintained with uninterrupted love and devotion for many years. The text specifies that the procession would begin from the house of Kondaji Sutara (the carpenter). From there, accompanied by the sound of musical instruments, the flags were paraded through the village before the long banners were ultimately tied to the two ends of the Masjid.
